The Ice Cream Shack started with a simple thing — a love for ice cream that began generations ago in Michoacán, Mexico, when our grandparents opened their very first ice cream shop. That passion for making great ice cream has been passed down through the family ever since.
Today, Jorge Prado along with the support of his family, represents the third generation of ice cream shop owners.
